As a family-run dental practice founded by Rob and Emma, we have always believed that the best patient care comes from a team that truly feels like family. For over a decade and a half, that family has centered around Rob, Emma, and our lead clinician, Katie.

From Newby Dental to Heslington: A 15-Year Journey

Before opening our doors here in York, we built our reputation at Newby Dental Practice in Scarborough. For 15 years, Katie was an integral part of that success, providing high-quality dental care to the Scarborough community. However, there was one significant challenge: Katie lived in York.

For 15 years, Katie braved the “drama” of the A64. Anyone who lives in North Yorkshire knows that the A64 is more than just a road, it’s a daily test of patience. From summer tourist traffic to unpredictable winter weather, Katie made the trek from York to Scarborough and back again, fueled by her commitment to her patients and our shared vision for dental health.

A Promise Kept: A New Standard of Dental Care in York

Rob and Emma always held a shared vision, if the perfect building ever became available in York, they would build a “clone” of their successful Scarborough practice right on Katie’s doorstep. They wanted to bring that same warm, family-oriented atmosphere and high standard of clinical care to the York community.

When the opportunity arose to establish a dental practice in Heslington, York, we knew the time had come to fulfill that promise.
