Whether you are a current patient or new to our practice, our compassionate reception team is ready to listen to your symptoms and prioritise your care to get you relief as soon as possible.

We usually offer appointments starting at 08:30 am for registered patients, and from 10:30 am for non-registered patients. For your convenience, we also release a limited number of emergency slots daily that can be
booked via our online system here.

Emergency Appointment Options?
We provide different pathways for emergency bookings based on your patient status. To understand the best option for you, please review the categories below:
Registered Patient
Registered patients can request same-day emergency appointments starting at 08:30 am, Monday to Friday.
While these slots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, our reception team will ask about your symptoms to prioritise urgent cases and get you booked in as quickly as possible.
Non-Registered Patient
Not a patient at the Practice? Don’t worry, we can still help you…
Facing a dental emergency without a regular dentist can be stressful, but you don’t have to go through it alone. We are here to help. Non-registered patients are welcome to contact us for same-day appointments starting at 10:30 am, Monday to Friday.
Please note: We reserve the first two hours of the day for our registered and Denplan patients. From 10:30 am onwards, we release remaining slots to non-registered patients on a first-come, first-served basis.
We’d love to welcome you as a regular patient! If you register and attend a ‘New Patient Exam,’ you’ll be able to access our priority booking window from 08:30 am for any future dental emergencies.
Denplan (Care and Essentials Schemes)
Denplan member? You get priority access. Call us from 08:30 am, Monday to Friday for same-day emergency appointments.
Dental Emergency – Out of Hours Service
Suitable for Patient types: Registered, Non-Registered, and Denplan Patients (Care and Essentials)
For dental emergencies outside of normal business hours, we offer an exclusive ‘on-call’ service for our Private and Denplan patients.
This service is available on Weekends and Bank Holidays from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. To access it, simply call the practice number and listen to the instructions on our answering machine. Please leave a clear message including your name, contact telephone number, and the nature of the problem. Our on-call dentist will review your message and contact you before midday.

NHS
Suitable for Patient types: All Patients
NHS Patients: Out-of-Hours Care If you are an NHS patient requiring emergency care on Weekends or Bank Holidays, please call 111.
We provide a limited number of emergency appointments to the NHS 111 service. These slots are allocated by 111 on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be booked by calling our practice directly. If we are fully booked, the NHS 111 team will direct you to an alternative dental service near York. You will be advised of call out and treatment fees by the on call dentist at the time.
